About Us

Follow our blog to keep abreast on current events, and look behind the scenes into our collections and archives.

The Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of the Schwenkfelders and the history of southeastern Pennsylvania and the Perkiomen Region. The Heritage Center offers educational programming and tours, exhibits, workshops, and events throughout the year.

Our blog is maintained by Museum Educator Rebecca Lawrence, Archivist Hunt Schenkel, and other staff members of the SLHC. From time to time local scholars, researchers, SLHC volunteers, and Heritage Tour participants will be invited to write guest entries.
